Already said what Code 33 was. I don't see a Code 331 in my books, but Code 332 is "Insufficient EGR Flow Detected."
For the fuel filter, you will need a schrader{sp?} valve adapter that pokes into the valve and releases the pins to let the valve open. Should be able to ask for a Ford Fuel line repair kit at most parts stores and they will know what you're talking about.
