Default Transmition problems?

When I'm in a low rpm just cruzin my whole truck will start shaking and like not have much power and ten I let off the gas it will gear down and then everything is good untill I change gears again but if I hit the throttle pretty hard at the beginning of a gear it won't happen.... Idk what's goin on anyone else had this problem? It's a 1995 302

does it happen at all speeds?
does the vibration change speed or intensity with rpm or vehicle speed?

it could be wheel balance. that'd be the first thing to check

yeah it happens at all speeds and i think the viabration is the same no matter what but i found another thread were it sounds like the exact same problem and they said it was the coil box i think. cause they said if it does it going up hill most of the time then it is your coil box and that is like mainly when mine does it so yeah but thanks ill keep that in mid just incase i think its bout time to get them re aligned anyway
