Default Transmission vibration

Hat could cause my transmission transfer case shifter to vibrate? U-joints are new. The whole story
1 converted to 4wd
2 does NOT have the appropriate cross member it belongs on an automatic but appears to have worked
3 vibration seems to be worse since lift blocks were added. U bolts on lift blocks don't seem tightened down quite right but the U-bolts are stripped
4 I have snapped a rear yoke in a burn out so the shaft has hit the ground.

My plan is to 1 replace U bolts 1 by 1 and properly tighten down and hopefully not strip. Could the rear shaft have not been balanced from the beginning?

BTW. I have custom exhaust that as of right now runs VERY close to the transfer case. I CAN depress the clutch, gas it and rev the engine and feel the same vibration. Could that be the whole problem? And Could that have fatigued the yoke plate I snapped?

I think you should fix everything you mentioned, those are all causes for drive-train vibration, especially the dropped shaft.

If I am going to sand/wire brush off rust and paint, i need to do that before I take it to the drive shaft shop right? How much is a balance usually? Do I need to take the front slip yoke too or just the shaft? Also, Hayned says my slip yoke is keyed, it does not appear to be. I don't see why it would be honestly but I could be wrong.

Around here shaft balance is about 10$ at the local machine shop. Had them make a new shaft for my friends truck for about 150$ when he lost his axle lol. Not sure what it cost elsewhere.

Time out: Guy said that it will vibrate if he just pushes the clutch and revs the engine. That would point to it not being the drive shaft. At least for the vibration when he revs it up.

I'll take a look at them. It will be a while. I am in Nicaragua. Would be AWESOME if I could bring it with me when I come down here. But the locLs tend to use Toyota Hilux. Its a 1 ton extra heavy duty Toyota made for the mountains that Toyota refuses to allow into the US. 4cyl diesel and turbo diesels. Much more economicals.
