I wanted to ask for some feedback since I wasn't able to find much online, I got a neighbor with a 1996 either f1 or f250. I asked him about it and they've had it sitting because of a transmission issue. They don't know what's wrong with it but a trans shop told them they need a rebuild. Basically, when they pour fluid into the transmission and start it up, it basically shoots all the fluid right back out. Now I'm not sure if it's out the dip stick or a crack or what but they said it just stop running one day and when they checked the fluid was empty. Does any of that ring a bell to anyone?
