Check your ignition system. In my other reply, I mentioned a cracked plug boot on one cylinder that caused a miss under load. Check over all of your plug wires, your cap and rotor, and your plugs. Its a cheap job that only takes an hour or two to replace everything, and the truck will run noticeably better.
