Default Trailing Arm on an F150?

I tried to get my truck through inspection today, but we didn't make it. Power steering is leaking, which is no problem since I'm swapping out he steering box anyway. The inspector also said I needed to replace a trailing arm bushing. I tried looking this up on RockAuto and other parts sites, but can't find such a thing for an F150. Is this known by another name? I do see what I guess I would call a rear stabilizer bar, but those bushings look to be okay. Any ideas? Oh, it's a 1992 5.8L Supercab Flareside.

It's called a radius arm and you can do the work yourself, I replaced one of my bushings this past spring.

Good call. One of my radius arm bushings is missing a chunk. Thanks for the link -- those pics helped a lot.

The inspector should know better. Why have someone inspecting a vehicle when they don't even know wtf they're looking at?

Okay guys, I'm stuck. My brackets for the radius arm bushings have 3 rivets and one bolt. I got the bolt out and ground off the heads of the rivets, but I can't get them out. Should I try heating them? My other option is to get an air hammer and punch set and try that. Any ideas?

Get a good sized punch, and a 3-5 lbs sledge, and throw your purse at it.

Especially since the technical term of a trailing arm is one that goes from the frame back to the axle, a leading arm is more the term for the radius arms on these trucks.
