Default Trailer Wiring Problem

about a year ago i bought a 92 f150 4x4 from an auction, i have no idea about the history of the truck. and i don't have an owners manual.

i put a reese hitch on the truck and bought the "T" harness for brake lights, turn signals, etc. and wired it into a 7 pin plug.

i would like to connect the brake controller wiring to the plug also but i can't find it anywhere at the back of the truck, i've read about there being a 4 wire connector and a 3 wire connector at the back but i don't have either one, any ideas of where i can find the wires?

my dad has a 96 f-250 powerstroke his was already wired into a 7 pin plug bolted to the frame, mine does not have this.

You would have to run a wire. There isnt one back there, your dad probably has a tow package where it was installed.
