Default TPS Problems

Can some one tell me out of the box how many volts should a TPS be? when I put it on and test it off the truck but on the throtel body what shoud it read This TPS problem is screwing up my day

by the way i new hear like what i see

I keep getting a code of 122 which is low voltage at idle i beleive when i ohmed it out it was .97 but when i put a new one one i had 122 123 124 all pop up so i went back to the old one this all started after i rebuild the motor and put every thing back together i took if off not paying much attention to the position of it been reading does this have to be adjusted if so do you adjust it before you attach the TB or after HELP

Tps is a linear taper potentiometer. Input voltage from computer is five volts. Output

Output starts at zero at closed throttle and ascends to 5.0 volts at WOT.

I think closed throttle it should be around .97-1.0 volts

The correct voltage for closed throttle .6 volts working its way to 4.5 for WOT
