Well cause when you pull em' off you have to reset them when you put it back on. And to me its just A LOT easier to just go spend 5 bucks and slap a new one on and your done with it. IMO

I always reset them by resetting the computer. I want to shop where you do......usually a TPS runs up to 40 bucks or so. By the way I did put a new one on, but I made sure the voltage was set at exactly .99v so I knew everything was right.

I was gonna say the same thing , my TPS was $42...at $5 a pop I would buy them all and re-sell them for $30 and make a killing.

Odd. I looked one up for my truck and it said like 34$. I paid around seven for mine??? Idk. Maybe i got lucky.
