Default Totally stumped on this one.

I'll try to be as brief and simple as possible. 89 Custom 4.9 5spd man. Bought this truck from an old guy who didn't do much but put gas in it. I'm guessing it sat for a while becuse alot of the gaskets seemed to be leaking.
Did a tune-up back in March. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter and thermostat with system flush. Ran ok but lacked power. Was checking vac lines and the line going from EGR solenoid to EGR broke. Went to get new line and it ran great. So after a hot Tucson summer of driving, a few weeks ago on an unusually cold morning ,40 F, it barely got me home. Cutting out and missing alot. Starts and has a somewhat smooth idle when cold but won't accelerate hot or cold. Almost like timing is off but never touched distributor.
This is what I've done.
-Cut exhaust off behind cat conv. Doesn't feel restricted at all.
-Oil leak from valve cover so removed intake manifold. IM had some oil in it. I assume it was from gummed up PCV.
-Pulled injectors. Didn't look too bad. Rebuilt them with new o-rings, caps and filters.
-Replaced all vacuum lines.
-Cleaned Throttle Body, Idle Air Control Valve and EGR.
-New gaskets on everything above.
-New MAP, EGR Solenoid, Coolant Temp Sensor and Coil.
-Fuel rail pressure at 50.
-Tested Compression 1-150, 2-135, 3-140, 4-150, 5-150, 6-140
-Codes KOEO 67 KOER 12 and 44

Already got it. And you were right. Metal plate under rotor came loose. Thanks for your input. This forum has really helped with several issues.
