I am heading out tomorrow to pick up some seats and center console out of a bull nose Supercab and would like to know what tools I should take (sockets/Torx set/wrenches). The fella told me $60 for it all, so I can't pass it up. The plan is to install them in my 95 Supercab. I appreciate the guidance.
I suggest just loading up your toolbox with your basic hand tools. Your socket sets, 3/8" and 1/2". Never know if you need extra oomph.
Pliers/channel locks.
Small screw driver to help assist with disconnecting electrical connections if they exist.
Small and regular sized phillips screwdriver for any plastic trim panel stuff.
Long and short straight screwdriver to pry anything that may need pried.
Look at your current setup as a basis.
Small hammer.
Penetrating lube
Wire cutters
The only torx bits I can think of in that old of vehicle would be for a seatbelt fixture.
If you have the tools, take them.
"Can't pass them up" would really be best if you take more than what you think you will need.

I agree with 16IngotFX4.. but take full complete sets of wrenches & sockets. Plus extensions. Don't try and guess because Murphy's law.. as soon as you need a certain size, you've left it at home.
It depends on the year of the donor truck, which you omitted. If it's pre-'90, the chairs probably won't fit your truck's floor. The older floor had a design flaw, so it & the chair bases got re-designed in '90.
I wasn’t sure of the year I just know it’s a brick nose. The fella posted on FB Marketplace as about an hour from me only for him to send me the address as Houston which is 2.5 hours away. So I’m now still in the hunt
