I've heard this trick before. I am definitely suspecting starter but just amazed on how it happened overnight. I have 5w-30

Blistering cold can do that, you may also try removing tension on the serp belt and try spinning the WP to make sure it's not froze, same goes with the PS, alt, and AC pulleys, a frozen pulley with prevent a weak starter from turning the engine over.

I just jumped the relay and nothing but sparks...take it there's a bad ground on the starter or the starter is gone

Got the truck in a warm garage and did some work. Battery wasn't the problem but got a new one with 850CCA, changed the starter and relay, and ended up doing the bottom radiator hose and all is good. Thanks guys
