Default ticking while turning

When turning right, I hear this tick coming from the right hand side of the truck, i think that the front end. Nothing when turning straight, turning left, or backing up. Any one have any ideas where to start looking for the issue?

4x4? Check to see if the wheel is loose, might be the hub, also check if the brake dust shield is not scrapping.

It is 2wd, I looked where I think the noise is coming from, and all looks good.

Stupid question. Did you tighten down your three screws that hold your center wheel/hub caps down? Those love to tick and rattle.
