I had to replacw my throttle cable a while ago, and I got the cheapest replacement option. when I installed it, the return spring could not close the throttle body. I remedied this by replacing that spring with the one from the old cable, but that brings me to my question... the return spring on the throttle body itself seems to be shot. should this spring be able to close the TB by itself? seems like it should.
