Default Thinking of Selling - How Much?

So I'm thinking of selling the truck, how much should I sell it for? It runs, it's in fair condition. KBB says it should go for about 2500, how much are people selling for?

Only has 119k miles on it, but I think some of those have been some hard miles.

I was thinking of putting it up for 3k, which gives me plenty of dicker room. But I don't think I wanna take less than 2k.

I'd get the bodykit off and sell it. That way you can sell to a broader range of people. But say the kit goes with it. That way if they wanted it on they could put it back on. And 2k-3k sounds about right. Mine books for 1k

looks like a good 2500 truck. with body in that good of shape dont look like those were real hard miles. motor and trans? if you had all the matching rims that would make it look better to a perfectionist person looking at it.

If you give it a little tlc and everything seems to check out, I'd say 2-2.5 is fair

I wouldn't tell the potential buyer that you were too lazy to swap out the rims. If someone told me that, I would walk away no matter what I was buying. Just because it makes me wonder what else you were too lazy to fix or take care of.
