Default Thanks to everyone

I just got back from a 300 mile trip from L.A. to Fresno over the grapevine. I was hauling a 6x9 u-haul full of heavy furniture. I bought this truck about 2 years ago in so so shape and thanks to a lot of work and your help it not only made the trip with no trouble but managed to average 13 mpg with a full load. I was expecting to trade the truck up for a newer model and 4wd but Im getting attached to her. How hard could it really be to add the 4x4? Anyway thanks for the help weather you answered a direct question or I just read others posts for information.

Glad we could help!

I think you will find that most people would suggest that 4x2 to 4x4 conversion is more trouble and expense then it is worth. Better to buy a 4x4 than to convert.
