Default temp sensor to manifold hose

My temp sensor to manifold coolant hose split and i cant seem to find a part number or another hose that can be cut to work. Any ideas/suggestions anyone been there or done this? Looks like all i really need is a .5 dia, 6" long, and a 90deg bend. It's from a 88 5.0.

Thanks Steve, I may not be describing the hose correctly. Here is a picture, if you look closely, you can see the split near the curve. I thought that tower the hose connects to holds the temp sensor, below the hose fitting, but maybe im wrong.

The hose is the hot supply to de-ice the throttle body. It comes from the outlet (tower) to the heater core. The ECT is also installed on that outlet because it's the easiest place where coolant always flows to put the ECT. But the throttle hose is not related to the sensor.
