Alright well im financial getting back to work on my truck after a year of it sitting but I ran into a problem now . Will the 4x4 tail housing off a ranger with a m5r2 work with my f150 m5r2 and my f150 transfer case . I Realy need to know because if it wont im just goin to let the truck sit again most likely because I Realy want to use my m5r2 but its got a broken tail housing . I want to use the tans I have because i only have maybe 100 miles on it since I rebuild it

 

I don't think it will work, the F150's had the Borg-Warner 1356 transfer case and the Ranger had the 1354. You would have to compare them and see.

 

Thanks ... I'll go to the junk yard wen the weather here clears up and pull the tail housing and pull a transfer case off a 150 nd c if they match up or not ...
