Taking off the side moldings

Has anyone ever taken them off? What did you use to get the adhesive tape off and stuff.... thanks

Eraser wheels work awesome for removing adhesives and decals.

are asking about the trim that goes down the side of the truck. if you are you can heat it up and pull it off or fishing line.
