sway bars? flex problems?

Mine had anti sway bars front and back. I removed both and have noticed no difference in drivability. However, I tend to drive more cautiously especially at highway speeds, doing my best to see way ahead to avoid having to make sharp directional changes.

The sway bar distributes the load between the 2 front coil springs. Without it if you have a hard right turn the left spring will compress and the right spring will expand sending all weight to the outside turning wheel ( body roll ). This makes traction difficult and roll over more likely. The taller the spring the worse the roll. Same issue off road on a slope. The downhill wheel compresses and uphill extends. With the sway bar the spring can only compress so far then it starts putting pressure on the opposite spring. The result is the downhill or outside wheel doesn't compress as far and the inside or uphill wheel actually will compress lowering the center of gravity. The vehicles will bottom out less often as well. The only advantage I see in removing a sway bar is in rock climbing where extreme articulation is needed. However I doubt anyone will try extreme rock climbing on a ttb front axle. A bigger restriction of travel is spring height shock length. Both limit the droop on the front suspension.
