Default swapped engine now its running rough

I just recently put a 96 302 in my 95 f-150 the origional one broke a piston, I put it in and it fires right up put is running rough I'm 90% sure I got everything hooked up although there is a couple plugs that where on the 95 engine that aren't on this one any suggestions I'm trying to do a little trouble shooting
