Default Suspension Radius Arm Bracket

How is it. Just picked up a old F150 4x4 beater. The problems are minor considering the age. A few holes in the front tank. I sealed them up, hoping I got them all, if not I'll just pick up a new front tank and swap it out.

The only big problem I need to get fixed is a busted RH Suspension Radius Arm Bracket. Looked on Ebay and found a new one for $50 plus $8 shipping. It looks like changing it out wont be to bad. Cut away 1 bolt and 4 rivets and remove. Do I have any surprises to look forward to or is it really as easy as it looks.

I'm no stranger to automotive work. I have a well outfitted shop but I'm mainly GM.

Thanks. Right now the bracket is busted and held in place by a chain.

I didn't noticed that before I bought it. Not that it's a big deal, just want to get it fixed.
