Default Suggestions on my codes?

I pulled my codes, and got the following:

KOEO

511 - ECC permenant ROM test failed

Continuous:
128 - MAP sensor vacuum was not greater than 2 in-Hq during normal vehicle operation

327 - DPFE or EVP circuit below minimum voltage of .2v

328 - EVP circuit below minimum voltage of .24v

332 - EGR Valve opening not detected

first, does the 511 mean I need to replace me ECC?

could the 128 be a sign of a vacuum leak, or is it a circuit failure (I saw it listed both ways on seperate sources)

with the 327, 328, and 332, it looks like the EVP is bad, would that cause the valve to not open?

Sensor on the EGR is bad. Can't read if it is open or closed.

Check the MAP hose for cracks leaks.

PCM has a failsafe setting that can make the truck run okay. Ask TheCollector he ran his like that for a long time.

thanks, I'll check the map, probably just replace the evp since it is cheap, and I guess replace the computer when I have the spare cash.
