Default Stutter when letting off gas or getting on it

Hey guys, today my dad and I changed out my driveshaft u-joints which solved the problem I was having in the rear however, my truck still stutters when I let off the gas or get on it too quick. It happens regardless of the speed I'm going and if I don't baby the gas when getting on or off it the truck stutters. I'm not really sure what this could be maybe bad engine mounts or a transmission mount? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's really annoying. If it helps at all the truck is a 94 with an inline six and a 5 speed.

dirty gas maybe? That happens to me from time to time too. Try running a bottle of Chevron Fuel System Cleaner, or similar. That's my 2 cents.

This has been happening since I got the truck so I doubt it's the gas, I could try fuel cleaner if you're suggesting maybe the injectors are dirty but I don't think that's the cause of this.
