I just put an ignition switch into my truck and now i cant get my key to turn so i can try to start it. Wth???

 

My truck sat over the winter and went to pull it to get it registered i couldn't turn the key either. What i did was jiggle the steering wheel left to right while turning the key. It works for me whenever my wheel locks up and i can't turn the key. I'm assuming the wheel is locked up too? That's what happened to me. good luck.

 

well i found out i forgot to put the rod back into the ignition switch.
