Default strange problem

hello i have a 92 model with a 4.9L and the e4od trans if you drive it when its hot out and park it, and restart it, its missing out. i've replaced ignition coil, module on the fender and plugs wires cap and rotor. only thing i haven't replaced is the pickup in the distributor. do you think this could be the problem? i have an even stranger problem that causes a stumble at highway speeds when i'm using the left turn signal. almost everytime i change lanes using them the engine stumbles? any input is appreciated.

Well this is a complete and utter shot in the dark, but maybe the wiring from your turn signals and the wiring from your ignition cylinder have rubbed together and are grounding each other out in the column? Again, that's a complete guess but may be worth a look before replacing the distributor.
