Default Stock Convertor?

Ok all so I have a 1988 F150 4x4 302 (bored to 308) regular cab long bed C6 auto with 3.55 LS gears (more info in my sig).
The transmission was rebuilt back in 1995 (stupid first owner blew it) with all of the best parts available then including a shift kit.
Only thing is I lost all the receipts on everything that was in it when I had our house fire.

Anyways I have been wondering this for a while but was the stock torque convertor orange in color?
If not what company has orange torque convertors?
Dad's 90 F150 E4OD 302 (in sig), brother's 91 F250 E4OD 460, our 92 F250 E4OD 351W, and other brother's 96 Ranger 4.0L A4LD all have a primer gray in color torque convertor.

I am pretty sure Hughes has orange but not sure.
