LOL well I wish you the best of luck. Does it even try to start? Does it start with starting fluid? So you replaced the while distributer or just the cap and rotor?

All it takes is 1 tooth off on the distributor gear to screw up the whole thing. The engine needs to be on top dead center, on the compression stroke. I use the finger in the #1 spark plug hole spin the engine, when it blows your finger out it is on compression, then line up the timing marks. Insert the distributor giving it enough lead so the helical cut gear ends up where you want it. might take a couple of tries. When it is in and pointed at #1 you should be close enough it will start. Shut it off, then you pull the spout, then engine on, with a timing light, set it at 10° before top dead center, 12° if you are adventurous. Shut it off. Replace the spout, & Bob's your uncle

Default same problem

I have the same problem on my 94 f150. I am totally baffled. I changed to a new ignition module ... Put in a new distributor and distributor cap and rotor button... New coil.. New starter solenoid.. New alternator.. New ecm computer.. New spark plugs... New battery.. New mass air flow sensor.. Fuel psi gets about 38. Factory says it should be 30 to 45. Still will not start. It is getting spark. It is getting fuel. Will not start. It did start once after I installed the new ecm computer. I drove it. Ran strong.. Parked it at Walmart. Would not start back up. Had to pull it home. Now cannot get it to start again. What in the hell could it be?

Maddox I would start with the last thing you replaced, ECM, not unheard of for new components to crap out quickly. Also, @Maddox MAF wasn't introduced on F150 until 95 so if someone did a conversion double checking their work would be a smart starting point.

As to op I too am experiencing the same issue this morning, mine is caused by moisture (usually, as it does it when I clean my engine bay) and the last two times it's happened on foggy mornings with super high humidity.

Edit: Ignition switch is also a possibility.
