So, 95 seems to indicate an electrical problem with the fuel pump or the fuel pump itse.f.

67 is a fan relay...that makes sense because the radiator fan is always on at one speed once its started.

84 seems to be an EGR problem. Problem is, the EGR is brand new. I finished installing it today. I did notice however that when I pulled the vacuum tube to the EGR there was no change in how the engine ran.

I'm not sure what the problem with that could be...its hooked up. I wonder if its the electronic piece that inserts into the front of the EGR valve

Changed the EGR position sensor and pulled the battery cable for about a minute to wipe the codes.

It started up almost immediately.

Codes on the other hand are strange. 84 and 95 are back. 67 is now gone.

Took it or a test drive and there is a noticeable increase in power and the way it ran. The engine was slightly warm still from the run about an hour ago. So that may have been part of how easy it started up.
