Default Stereo/headlights

I wired in my new stereo this weekend and I used the exact same wiring for how the old one was hooked up. I forgot, however, that the old one for some reason comes on with the headlight switch(whether the keys are in or not). Now my new one does it too obviously. It works like normal except when I turn my headlights on or off if the radio is already on it sends an interruption to it and then continues after a few seconds

So now I"m just wondering what wire it is that must be miswired to cause this?

Also- looking for the diagram for what each wire is coming out of the ford wiring harness....because I may just be able to figure out it by trial and error if I have that information.

check your fuse box see if there are any wires pluged in with a fuse, if so just hook it to a key hot in order for it to work right. If there is not then the wire coming from the radio that is red or key hot just disconnect the wire take one from radio run to key hot.
