Default Steering wheel position

Recently retired the gray bird (89) and am now driving the 95 I bought used. My steering wheel is at the 10:30/11:00 position when I'm driving straight ahead. I figured some alignment issue was the culprit, but talking to brother-in-law he thinks the steering wheel was removed some time and not put back in the right location. Do I pull it and center it, or is it alignment?

You cant Do that the splines have a key way so it only goes on one way. What you need to do is pull the pitman arm off staiten the wheel and put it back On

The pitman arm is keyd as well just adjust the tie rods shorten one side and lengthen the other side the same amount. you can check the toe with a tape measure or just have it set at the allinment shop

You should go get it checked out, my truck is the same way right now and it's a strut, my mechanic showed me and the strut was coming apart, but was charging me 30 for parts and 180 for labor -__- so I'm just driving on the 11 O'Clock side lol.
