Default Steering Wheel

Hello all. Will a steering wheel from a 1997 F250 fit on a 1993 F150? The one in my truck is in bad shape and I want to replace it. Someone close to me is parting out a truck and the steering wheel is in real good shape and looks like mine, but I don't know if the shafts are different. Both trucks have cruise control and neither have airbags. Thanks.

Yes the steering columns are practically the same for both of those trucks, so the wheel will fit.

Not necessarily. The columns are very similar, but there is some variation in the way the wheel keys onto the shaft; some have many splines; some have a missing spline; some have 2 flats...
