Default Steering

Hello folks, just wondering if anyone can help me with a question about the steering on my 1992 Ford F 150 2wd. I had the front end aligned, and new camber installed, but when I drive it it seems to have a high spot in the steering, new tie rods installed, and the ball joints are ok. I moved the dust cap and there is a little play in the lower knuckle and all the bolts are tight. Can you tell me if this might be an issue, how much play should there be in that knuckle.
Thanks,
Scott Mac

What the heck is "a high spot in the steering"? Please don't say, "the opposite of a low spot"!
