Default Starting & Running problems

Hello all,

My '94 F150 is about to push me off the deep end!! Let me give you the background..

The Truck:

1994 F150XLT regular cab w/ longbed.
- '94 Mustang GT 5.0 Engine w/longtube headers and dual exhaust. (approx. 30K miles on this engine)
- E40D overdrive automatic trans.
- Dual fuel tanks.
- everything else is stock.

The truck has ran pretty good until approx. 3 weeks ago. (with the exception of a low speed stumble that I've never been able to get rid of..)

truck started to get harder & harder to start requiring MUCH LONGER CRANKING to start.

Here is what I've replaced on this vehicle to address stumble:
- TPS
- IAC
- EGR SENSOR
- O2 SENSOR
- Air Temp SENSOR
- Dist. cap & rotor

Stumble still persists!

Here's what I've done to address hard starting:
- Fuel pressure check showed 34 pounds at the rail so I replaced front fuel pump.
- Replaced fuel filter
- Replaced fuel pressure regulator
- Ran a full bottle of Lucas FI Cleaner through tank.

Shortly after replacing front fuel pump gas guage quit working!! - BAD Fuel sender??

The only thing left in the chain is possible dirty fuel injectors (which were BRAND NEW when I installed engine) OR is it possible the malfunctioning fuel sender is cutting power intermittently to the fuel pump?

- Not throwing any codes.

Going crazy here and it's too hot to be walking to work...

Have you checked for codes. Or is the cel not on. Sounds like what mine is doing that I'm not having any luck with.
