Default starting problem

So this started like 2 months ago.
I have a 90 302
When the engine is cold, it fires right up with minimal cranking, but when I run it for a while then turn it off and leave it sit for like 20 or so minutes it dosent want to start. I have to crank it for like 10 seconds (ish) to get it to start.
I think it might just be the plugs, I havent checked them ( im going to in warmer weather) but I was looking for other potential problems

Thanks guys!

Injectors leaking, causing a flooding condition? Perhaps try to put the pedal to the floor on a warm crank (pedal to the floor shuts off the injectors) to see if it starts any different.

Resistance increases with heat.

If the starter is marginal then once it heats up it will be worse. Same goes for all the wiring. I'm going through the same thing right now. I need to replace the wiring going to the starter and grounds. Not a complex job, just need to find the time.
