Hey BK121, if it starts normally when you jump the solenoid, the problem is a sticky ignition switch. When the problem occurs next time, apply backward (counter-clockwise) pressure on the ignition switch. That's not the full acid test, but it may confirm my theory. BTW, there is no seperate relay for the start circuit. The solenoid 0n the fender is it.
