Default Starter Problems

Hey guys I have a 94 F150 5.0 2wd. I have been havent been able to start it recently. I changed the battery today and still no joy. When i turn the key to accessories the volt gauge on the control panel shows it lower than in the middle even with the new battery. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions what I need to do. I am not trying to spend a lot a money but anything can help. thanks

You need a Volt Meter connected to the battery to determine the voltage.

You can't tell if the alternator is charging unless the engine is running,
but you know that.

Does the engine spin?

If it does spin over, but not start, it will be a fuel or electrical problem;
Fuel Filter plugged
Fuel Pump not working
Fuel Pump Relay
EEC Relay
ICM
PIP
Coil
or
Starter
Solenoid
Loose wire somewhere

If the engine doesn't spin-over when the key is turned to Start,
do you hear any clicks or other noises?

Have you tried to energize the starter by jumping the side post of the solenoid?

We really need more information...
