Yeah I would too. I prefer mechanical to electronic just cause its easier to work on and fix when there's a problem

my explorer had automatic locking hubs.

Question about the hubs, does it hurt anything if you drive in 4x2 with the hubs locked? do you have to lock the hubs to place it in 4x4? ive not owned anything before with manual locking hubs.

 

But I like being able to shift while I'm rolling...

 

I stop any way haha. It just doesnt feel right to do it on the fly.
