What is the location of the squeak? First thing that comes to mind on the older trucks is the brush and ring in the steering wheel. Its was for the horn button.

I think I have the same sound. It's not loud, but it's most noticeable when your turn the steering wheel ALL the Way. It's nothing to worry about.

Yeah where does the squak come from? I had a rubbery squeak towards the rear and it turned out to be the damn spare tire and with a little WD40 and some tightning it was gone.
