Default Squeaking from right rear?

Hey guys, today I heard a very distinct squeaking/squealing from the rear of my truck. Sounded like it was coming from the right rear tire almost like the old springs in a mattress and were associated with the spinning of the wheels regardless of gas and brake. Changed my ujoints about 6 months ago and there was no shuttering. Thinking maybe the brake caliper maybe touching the drum? Maybe bad axle seal I have no idea. If anyone has any advice of what to check for it'd be greatly appreciated. Have a good friday night, cheers

Could be a rock caught in the brake drum

I get this too, but it's more of a whistling sound, which made me think wheel bearings, but work and other stuff have kept getting in the way of checking/ replacing. It whisltes when it wants to.

check the rear u-joints i just had to replace both of mine due to that sound to check them just push the drive shaft up and down left and right to see if they move at all if they do replace them asap!

(also make sure the parking break is on and the wheels are chocked up or the truck might go for a ride with out you. )

Thanks for the responses guys, since Friday I haven't heard the noise at all it seems to come and go, no relation to weather either in terms of wetness/humidity/temp. I rechecked the ujoints even though my Dad and I replaced them about 6 months ago no problems there. Should be able to take a look at it in the next week or two and diagnose the problem further if I hear it soon. Anyone else have any suggestions?
