i gotta 1992 f150 xlt 4x4 lifted about 7in in the rear and 6ish in the front, I have a SAS with radias arms and lifted springs will i be able to put these levelin spacers on?

i would say if your spring pockets are the same as the ttb 44 that came in your truck then yes should work fine.

 

Your front end will sit higher than the rear...
