My sons 95 f150 is shifting extremely hard especially in the lower gears and the speedometer works until it gets to about 45 mph then it jumps all over the place. I replaced the VSS. Is it most likely the psom or is there another issue that is likely? Thanks.

 

Maybe a torque converter

 

On track probably psom. Before replacing try to unplug antilock, its behind the glove box.

 

Moved to 87'-96' section.
