I've read through a lot of these threads but, they always seem to be with an automatic transmission. I've got a 1995 f150, 4.9L with manual. The odometer and speedometer stopped working. Dome lights are working and I've replaced both #8 and #18 fuses, which were not blown. I did not detect any smells when it stopped working but, the only odd thing I've noticed is, occasionally the airbag light will blink for an extended period of time when I first start the truck. Sometimes it will blink for the first few minutes and at some point stop after I've been driving a bit.

 

None of those are related. The PSOM is not dependent on the type of transmission, and it has nothing to do with the SRS.
