spark plug stuck

Default spark plug stuck

I am doing an ignition upgrade with a timing bump on 96 302 and while taking out the old spark plugs #2 is stuck. I broke the shaft off so all thats left is the nut part, anyone have anysuggestions on getting this out? it wont budge

Soak it with some type of penetrating oil, best would be pb blaster and let it soak. Do that a couple times and give it a try with a regular socket if you can get onto better
