Default some audio ides please?

I'm an audiophile, and i love bass, but there is NO room under my back seat for any subs, is there any way to lift the rear seat? I'm not looking for some huge bass, but just something to rattle a lil bit, I saw in a junkyard that someone used a 2x6 and lifted the backseat. I'm not planning on anyone riding back there anytime soon but don't just want to completely remove it in case i need to give somebody a ride. If anyone has done this or knows how any help would be great thanks! My truck is a 93 f150 xcab btw

Have you considered creating a center console that could house an 8" sub?

Ah, hadn't considered the bench seat issue. Mine has buckets, so you could put a rather large console in between without any issues.

Kenwood makes a nice sub/ amp combo that I'm getting to finish my system off. I put in full Alpine setup, speakers, deck, deck amp unit, but it lacks bass. I want more of a full sounding setup, not major thumping.
