Default solid axle swap

hey guys I am going to try and do a SAS on a 90s f150
i need to for light rock crawling and also everyday use. I go through some pretty uneven terrain for my job and also monthly trips

anyhow, i am not sure where to start or what is needed I was hoping someone can give me a list - i also have a mechanic helping me on this, but I want to research more about it

I think you need to give more information, like what kind of axle are you starting with?, is it a bare axle? I'm going to do the same thing with mine, I went and bought a 1977 axle with the radis arms. The biggest thing you probably need to worry about is getting the caster right. If you are use an axle with leaf springs would be the easiest swap. Give more info.
