I just picked up an 89 f150 xlt lariat and I'm wanting to customize it for me. Nothin to radical just a small 2 inch lift with an aggressive AT tire. I've searched the site and got some good ideas but all the kits I have looked at exclude my truck. What makes the XLT lariat different? Any suggest would be appreciated.

I was looking at the 2 inch from rox till I read some bad reviews and also the add a leaf from rough country. I do plan to tow my race car with it so I figured the add a leaf would help more than just a block spacer.

 

I bought rough country's 2.5 for my 91 xlt lariat. I opted for the blocks as they were much cheaper but it worked just fine on my truck
