Default So what should I do first?

So for those of you that don't know I just bought a 1993 Ford F150 XLT Ext. Cab Long Bed with the 5.0L V8. I want to know what you guys think I should do as a preliminary replacement. It has 213000 on the body and 60,000 on the engine(supposively). I already replaced the Air Filter and breather filter. I bought a new fuel filter but can't find the inertia switch next to the brake pedal and I have a new PCV valve but I don't know where that is or how easy it is to get to it. I have a pretty small oil leak that looks to be the rear main seal I guess but I think I'm paying someone the 500 for that and the 4WD doesn't engage oh and the battery was replaced so the check engine light is on and give me code 15 which the engine off, 98 and 51 with the engine on. Thanks in advance.

Not a bad idea, it's really a work truck I drive a few times a month maybe. I'd like to be able to take it on a trip though.

u can relieve fuel pressure ...at the schrader valve(valve stem on tire) located on fuel rail at the back of the engine.....as far as the 4x4 shifter they r know too seize up if not used....keep lubricating and working it .....u may have to disconnect it and try it that way...it will be the shifter that is most likely seized.......as far as the HOTDOGS RESPONSE above...... i own both and would rather drive the old style anyday

No more ideas? What are some things you guys would look at replacing first if you bought a used 93 f150 2nd hand, or 3rd hand.

Grease/lube anything and everything that can be. Replace all fluids and filters. Check belt and hoses, brakes, suspension, bushings and the general condition of everything under the truck (exhaust still properly hung, and chaffed wires or tubing?) check all lights give the engine a good looking over for any dry rotted wiring or hoses?...Any wires to close to the exhaust? Do this from above and below the engine. Are all ball and U0-joints good? How about the drive shaft slip joints. ETC.

The inertia switch is under the passenger side kickpanel.....not the driver's. PCV valve is mounted in the BACK of the PASSENGER side valve cover....
