So back to the original question, it seems like this thread OP would like to have his truck in good working order. My opinion is once you start hacking up systems instead of fixing them the truck is just one breakdown away from the boneyard. Plus these trucks stink to high heaven with cats not on them.

If I want the emissions to be correct, what do I need to get it working again? I've got the Pump, EGR, AIR Injectiors & Hoses but NO Tubes/Hoses from Pump nor Valves.

Since my smog plumbing has mostly been removed, the holes in the back of the heads should be plugged correct? If not, would the engine run like it has a bad vac leak?

You need to plug the holes. I think you'll need 1/4" NPT plugs and high temp loctite.

Would it be hard to do with the heads still on the engine?

Update, the smog pipe behind nd the heads is still hooked up but has a big bolt in the middle. Guess that's for plugging?

Update, the crossover tube on the back og head/intake is there & plugged. Egr tube still hooked up as well as the tad/tab sensors. Removed cruise control & plugged line. Air pump bypassed and No emission stuff on pass side anymore. Should I leave everything alone now? Will get a pic later..
