Thumbs down Skipping problems

This is a 1990 Ford F150 that is having problems idling, having problems with skipping while driving, sometimes rough, sometimes slow. However with heavy acceleration the skipping will go away, as soon as the gas is let off, the F150 will continue to skip rather bad once again. One thing worth mentioning is the truck has sat for almost a year with the same tank of gas.

Thus far, this is everything that has been done.

Seaform
Spark plugs
New wires
New Dizzy
Rotor cap
Idle air control solenoid
Some module that plugs in beside Idle air control solenoid
Some module that mounts beside dizzy
Checked vacuum lines
Injector cleaning (including taking them out)
Fuel filter
All sensors on top end of engine
Fuel pressure regulator

I'm in a loss here, could someone please shed some light, this car has been sitting at a shop that could figure out what was wrong.

Thanks in advance!

Define skipping? Is it misfiring or jerking when you drive? My dad had a problem where his F150 ran like crud while idling or maintaining speed, but ran perfect under a full load. Found out that all the spark plug wires and plugs that were installed weren't checked and had bad connections and improper gap. And of course, check to make sure you are getting good gas flow to the carb. Pull the top of the bowl off and look for junk floating in the gas. A little piece of debris could clog the jet under low flow, but be blown around during acceleration. And lastly, did you do the work or did the shop?
